Having been around animals since before I could walk and also with working with them all day everyday I decided I wanted to be able to immortalise them in portraits…..
I work in pastel pencil and create lifelike portraits of your beloved pets that will last forever.

Dog Exercise & Play:
Dogs get out of their Kennels for exercise:
About dog exercise with our Boarding Kennels:
We are currently converting one of our barns into a "play barn" so once it has been pooch proofed your dogs will be able to play for at least an hour a day in there which will have a ball pool and bean bags and as many toys as they can cope with.
Until this is done our guests have access to their 14ft attached run all day long.
After breakfast we go for a walk around our 3 acres and this is repeated in the evening, so as well as the main walk of the day they get plenty of mooching time.
Dog Walks/Exercise/Playtime with Staff:
Dogs exercised by staff:
75 minutes of walks/exercise with staff provided daily
About dog walks/playtime with staff
Around mid afternoon we set off for a walk around Castle Forest Lake which takes roughly 45mins, depending on whether the dogs decide to take a dip in the lake.
We are happy to allow dogs off the lead but only once we have permission from owners which is signed for at drop off stage. If you don't sign to say they are safe to go off the lead then they will remain on the lead the whole time. Whilst in our care, all dogs have a 'Millmount Boarding Kennels' tag added to their collar.
If we have dogs that prefer to be walked on their own, for example an elderly dog that likes to take their time, then these will be walked separately as we understand each dog is different and have their own needs.
